Malyon Mind & Body fully believe in the mind, body connection and how leading an active lifestyle can have a positive impact on both areas. Too often we only focus on the physical results of exercise and completely forget how it can also greatly improve our mental health. By leading an active healthy lifestyle we naturally start to feel good about ourselves which in turn leads to positive physical changes in the body. This mindset along with consistency are the keys to lasting results!

My service to you as a qualified Personal Trainer and fellow woman is to provide a positive, non-judgmental, safe and enjoyable workout for you. Too often women feel intimated by exercise which leads to a reluctance in continuing or even starting their exercise journey. My mission along with improving your health and fitness is for you to walk away from each session feeling positive, strong and with a smile on your face......It is possible!
All workouts can take place either at your home or outside in the natural environment and all equipment where needed is provided.
