At Malyon Mind & Body I fully believe in the mind, body connection and how leading an active lifestyle can have a positive impact on both areas. Too often we only focus on the physical results of exercise and completely forget how it can also greatly improve our mental health. By leading an active healthy lifestyle we naturally start to feel good about ourselves which in turn leads to positive physical changes in the body. This mindset along with consistency are the keys to lasting results!
My main focus is for you to enjoy exercise and have fun whilst you’re doing it, all in an atmosphere that is both friendly and encouraging. I am here to help you achieve your goals, lifting you up along the way and ultimately make you feel good!
My service to you as a qualified Personal Trainer and fellow woman is to provide a positive, non-judgmental, safe and enjoyable workout for you. Too often women feel intimated by exercise which leads to a reluctance in continuing or even starting their exercise journey. My mission along with improving your health and fitness is for you to walk away from each session feeling positive, strong and with a smile on your face......It is possible!
All workouts can take place either at your home or outside in the natural environment and all equipment where needed is provided.

This consultation enables you to meet with me, either in person or online, where we can discuss your goals, likes/dislikes and get to know one another which will in turn help you decide your next steps.
